Computer Science Intern (C++)

We have a calculation software tool that has an engine written in C/C++. This engine needs an upgrade as new features are introduced.

The calculation software tool is used to make predictions. The methodology behind the tool is used by many large companies. For example Google uses the methodology to rank search results. Speech recognition software uses the methodology to understand the words a person is speaking. We use the methodology to make calculations for the oil & gas industry.

We are offering a internship for a computer science or mathematics student at any suitable University in the UAE. The internship will address the following tasks:
- Understand the problem to be solved
- Help write the specification
- Program the updated engine according to specification
- Write technical report
