Uzagro Limited is offering two graduates the opportunity to move to the Middle East and embark on a career path in Commodity Trading.

We are looking for a graduate who has excellent communication skills, good business acumen, who is self motivated, and able to work in a multi-cultural environment.

This is a three year contract that will teach you all aspect of the trading business and will culminate in the successful candidate representing our company in a regional office overseas.

What we require from candidates:

2nd Class Honours degree and above or 85% and above in grades, or equivalent.
Business Degree (Business & Economics, BESS &c.)
20-25 years old

The successful candidate must be willing to relocate to Dubai, UAE.
The successful candidate will be signing a 3 year contract.

Breakdown.

1st year: The successful candidate will spend one year in our Operations and Finance department in Dubai.

2nd year: The successful candidate will continue to work from a base in Dubai but will be attending conferences, meeting representatives form the Industry and visiting Ports in Asia, Africa and the Middle East to learn about loading, cargo and transportation requirements, paperwork and chartering.

3rd year: The successful candidate will be given a geographical area in which to operate as a Regional Manager earning commission for successful sales.

The package

The successful candidate will receive the following:

Basic Salary + Transport Allowance
Medical Insurance
Return Airfare home once a year
1 month holiday a year

The starting salary will be USD 2,500 per month which will be re-assessed each year and commission will be added in the third year of the contract.
