We are a young, fun & creative e-commerce startup based in Dubai that provides t-shirt design and customization services online via our website.

We're looking for 'that' fresh grad that wants to experience the roller-coaster ride of working with a startup. We're a small cohesive team and each of us play an integral part in running the business.

The graduate hire will be immersed in a sandbox-like environment to learn, experience and execute sales and business development activities. The graduate will also learn various aspects of day-to-day business operations as he or she will inevitably be involved in them from day one.

The candidate will not be going through a typical boring 'training phase' - it's straight to business and getting the real-world experience and mentor-ship they need at the start of their careers.

What we also need you to have:
- Passion for sales and meeting targets
- Strong people-skills
- A minimum G.P.A of 3.2
- A valid UAE D/L
- A car

We're looking to hire immediately and the package is primarily performance/commission based with a base salary/allowance.
