Job Title: International Recruitment HR Administrator Internship
Full time internship position
First Resort Global Recruitment is a global leading Executive level Recruitment who specialise in placing management level professionals in international roles.
We are an expanding company with very strong clients so have decided to take on 2 new Interns to gain experience, learn the business and help build the brand.
We are looking for positive, bright and passionate people to join our team in the following positions:
1. International Recruitment Administrator/ Database & Office Assistant/ Online Marketing
2. International Sales, Business Development & Headhunting/ Online Marketing
You will be working with a proactive team who will help with your training and support throughout your internship with us, so you can gain experience in different aspects of the company. Full friendly training and development will be given at every stage.
We have had several interns working with us for the last 18 months. We are proud to say that all have had great response to the new experience they added to their CV. They have secured jobs in Admin, HR, Recruitment and Marketing with leading companies such as Hays Recruitment and the BBC in London thanks to the experience they have gained.
We aim for our team to be young, fun, focused, upbeat, determined and hard working.
Salary: Unpaid internship
Contract Period: Immediate interview. March 4th start date
6 months internship period (12 months also available if preferred)
Working Hours: Hours will be based on the below:
9:30am – 5pm Sunday - Thursday
They may change depending on the company’s needs ie bringing on a big new client when everyone will be involved & social nights out!

Overview of Experience to Gain:
Candidate Attraction/ Sourcing/ Online Marketing
Placing adverts for live roles
Source good quality candidates constantly
Infiltrate Blogs, social networking sites + any where potential candidates may be
Work with First Resort’s existing online marketing plan to attract new candidates in a new, creative and successful way
Work on ongoing Marketing Plans/ Branding ideas to maintain First Resort Global Recruitment as a leader to our target audience in multi phase campaigns
Work on maintaining and developing these plans to achieve targeted results
Filtering Candidates
Writing up Candidate Summaries for selected candidates to give clients an idea of their background, what they are looking for and the strengths they could bring to their business as per template
Collate all information onto Database
Business Development
Working with the Business Development Managers to research new companies/ industries/ locations and collating target lists to call
Collate all information onto Database for new & existing clients
Database
Keep First Resort’s database up to date with all candidate activity
Search the database when required for a specific job role
Update new job vacancies and shortlisted candidates to the database
Send scheduled email blasts to candidates from database information
Manage the E Marketing campaigns to the database
General Administration
Arranging international trip itineraries
Ordering company promo information
Managing online groups & increasing numbers
Etc depending on needs
